Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

LANIRA SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING POLICY

This policy covers Lanira's two optional recurring programs: the VIP Club Membership (a digital membership) and Subscribe and Save (automatic monthly reshipment of your product). By enrolling in either, you agree to the terms below. Both are optional and can be added or removed before and during checkout.

If you are both a VIP Club member and enrolled in Subscribe and Save, you will see two separate recurring charges:
1. Your VIP Club membership fee (digital, nothing is shipped for this charge), and
2. Your Subscribe and Save product order (the physical product that ships to you).
Each is billed on its own schedule and can be managed or cancelled separately.

PART 1: VIP CLUB MEMBERSHIP (DIGITAL)

What it is
VIP Club membership is a paid digital membership. No physical product is shipped for the membership itself. Its purpose is to unlock and maintain discounted member pricing on Lanira products for as long as your membership stays active.

Fee and billing frequency
Your membership is billed on a recurring basis at the amount and interval shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

Recurring charges
When you join the VIP Club, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges continue unless and until you cancel.

Your discounted pricing
Member pricing applies only while your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, or it lapses because a payment fails, you will no longer receive member pricing. Any active Subscribe and Save orders will then renew at the standard, non-member price.

Confirmation
After joining, you will receive an email confirming your membership and billing schedule.

Manage or cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date by:
- Clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or
- Contacting us for assistance.
Please include your full name and account or order number for faster processing.

Deadline to cancel
To avoid being charged for your next membership period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Membership fees
Membership fees are charged in advance for each period and are non-refundable once charged. Cancelling stops all future membership charges; it does not refund the current period. You keep member pricing through the end of the period you have already paid for.

PART 2: SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE (AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RESHIPMENT)

What it is
Subscribe and Save automatically reships the same product to you each month so you never run out. You are billed and the product ships on the schedule shown during checkout.

Frequency and amount
You will be billed each month at the amount and frequency shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees. If your VIP Club membership is active, your Subscribe and Save order is billed at your discounted member price; if it is not active, it is billed at the standard price.

Recurring charges
When you enroll in Subscribe and Save, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges continue unless and until you cancel.

Optional service
Subscribe and Save is optional and can be removed before and during checkout.

After enrolling, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Each scheduled reshipment automatically creates a new order.

No cancellation after an order is created
Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment. All orders generated after enrollment are considered valid and final, and will be processed and billed accordingly.

PART 3: TERMS THAT APPLY TO BOTH PROGRAMS

How the two programs work together
VIP Club membership unlocks the discounted price. Subscribe and Save delivers the product. They are separate: you can hold either one on its own. Cancelling your VIP membership does not cancel your Subscribe and Save shipments; it only removes the discount, so future shipments renew at the standard price. Cancelling Subscribe and Save does not cancel your VIP membership. To end both, cancel each one.

Keeping your payment current
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a charge fails, we may retry the payment and may pause your membership or subscription until payment is successful.

The fastest way to cancel either program is the cancellation link in your confirmation email. You can also contact us and we will help. Always include your full name and account or order number.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order or renewal is the version that applies.
